Composition, cleaning and disinfection of frames and pads for spinal surgery

Frames and pads for spinal surgery are manufactured from a core of 35kg/m3 high resilience foam foam that ensures a firm support, especially in the case of heavy patients. This foam core is covered with a layer of cross linked polyurethane viscoelastic gel that provides a soft support and better distributes contact pressures.

Frames and pads are protected by a 4mm thick neoprene cover. Rigorously tight, thanks to the glued seams, they are easy to clean and disinfect. Simply use a clean cloth with detergent or disinfectant such as Aniosafe. In case of severe soiling, they resist wiping, rubbing and thorough rinsing under running water.

Compliance of frames and pads for spinal surgery

Safe, all our frames and pads for spinal surgery are formulated using only EC compliant components in accordance with Health Directive 93/42/EEC.
