The 6 pads for wingset frame consists of several independent blocks which are fixed by Velcro on a radiolucent plastic plate. It is used to adapt the frame to the patient's morphology. The pads are manufactured from a core of firm high resilience that provides good performances of the frame, particularly in the case of heavy patients. The foam core is covered with a layer of crosslinked polyurethane viscoelastic gel that provides flexibility and an excellent distribution of contact pressures. The pads of the wingset frame are covered with 4mm thick neoprene. Waterproof, thanks to the bonded seam, the cover is extremely resistant to mechanical stresses and cleaning agents.. Totally radiolucent!
